Terms of Service
By using AlVolo, you agree to use the platform responsibly and to provide accurate travel and passenger information.
The current release is a live-search and no-charge booking preview. It does not collect payment, place provider orders, or issue tickets.
Travel information
Flight, hotel and car prices, availability, schedules, included extras and provider conditions may change. A price for one service does not mean the entire trip is priced or available.
Booking responsibility
If commercial execution is activated later, airlines and travel providers remain responsible for operating flights, schedule changes, cancellations, and airline-specific services.
Google route information
Where displayed, Google Maps route information is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Route estimates are planning information, not a transport reservation, confirmed connection, or guarantee of access. They do not include a transfer in your flight quote. Check current operator information and allow for airport exit, terminal changes and delays before travel.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for checking passport validity, visa requirements, travel restrictions, airport times, and passenger details before acting on a Journey plan.
AlVolo Companion
Companion helps explain options and plan next steps. Review important details and anything marked as unconfirmed before acting. It does not make purchases, confirm reservations or replace emergency services in the current preview.
